Warranty Policy:

 Lifetime Audi Parts Inc. offers the best warranty in the business. All used parts purchased from Lifetime Audi’s Durham location are covered by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty. This applies to defective parts only. This warranty is only for the purchaser and is nontransferable. Warranty does not cover labor costs. Lifetime Audi Parts Inc. will provide a refund or credit if a correct replacement is not available.

What is not covered:

This warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse or the failure of another part. Parts installed for use on off road vehicles, racing or competition use have no warranty. Parts modified for use or installed for use other than their original design and application have no warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees.

Returns:

Return Authorization is required upon every return which should also be accompanied by the item’s original invoice. A 25% restocking fee is mandatory with every return that is not covered by warranty. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of purchaser and are nonrefundable.

Pre-Installation Requirements for Engine Warranties

The following pre-installation maintenance must be preformed with records showing it’s accomplishment. 

• Drain & replace engine oils to manufacturer suggested levels.
• Replace oil filter.
• Replace valve cover gaskets.
• Replace oil pan gasket & rear main seal.
• Replace timing gears, chains or belts, & gaskets.
• Replace thermostat & gasket.
• Flush cooling system & refill with manufacturer suggested antifreeze to appropriate level.
• Install new spark plugs.
• Install new belts & hoses.
