REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

We cover our used OEM parts with a few different warranty options:

Standard 6 month warranty,

18 month extended warranty at an additional 18% of the part purchased,

Lifetime warranty at an additional 45% of the part purchased.

Warranty Policy:

Lifetime Audi Parts Inc. offers the best warranty in the business. Provided you have purchased the optional lifetime warranty, all used parts purchased from Lifetime Audi’s Durham location are covered by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty. This applies to defective parts only, and we will replace or refund the defective part ONE time. This warranty is only for the purchaser and is nontransferable. Warranty does not cover labor costs. Lifetime Audi Parts Inc. will provide a refund or credit if a correct replacement is not available. In lieu of the optional lifetime warranty, all of our parts have a standard 6 month warranty.

What is not covered:

This warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse or the failure of another part. Parts installed for use on off road vehicles, racing or competition use have no warranty. Parts modified for use or installed for use other than their original design and application have no warranty. Aftermarket parts, including non-oem suspension, body panels, wheels, lights, electronics, intakes, etc. This Limited Warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees.

Pre-Installation Requirements for Lifetime Engine Warranties

If you’ve opted for the free LIFETIME warranty on your engine, the following procedures must be completed with documentation/receipts for Lifetime warranty to be valid.

• Drain & replace engine oils to manufacturer suggested levels.
• Replace oil filter.
• Replace valve cover gaskets.
• Replace oil pan gasket & rear main seal.
• Replace timing gears, chains or belts, & gaskets.
• Replace thermostat & gasket.
• Flush cooling system & refill with manufacturer suggested antifreeze to appropriate level.
• Install new spark plugs.
• Install new belts & hoses.
