Lifetime Audi Parts Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of all used and recycled auto parts (“Parts”) by Lifetime Audi Parts (“Seller,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) to the purchaser (“Buyer,” “You,” or “Your”). By purchasing any Part from Us, You agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Used Parts Nature and Condition

  • “AS-IS” Sale: All Parts are used, recycled, or salvaged, and are sold AS-IS unless an express written limited warranty is provided on your invoice.

  • Inspection: Buyer is responsible for inspecting all Parts for defects or safety hazards prior to purchase and installation. Seller makes no guarantee or warranty for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards.

  • Suitability: Buyer is responsible for determining the suitability of the purchased Part for the purpose intended and for ensuring the Part complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. Limited Warranty (if applicable)

  • Duration: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on Your invoice, a limited warranty, if provided, covers the Part for 6 months from the date of purchase with additional warranties available.

  • Coverage: The limited warranty generally covers the Part against failures resulting from manufacturing defects in the long block (engines) or internal components (transmissions) as explicitly defined below, or for the Part not fitting the specified application.

  • Engines: Engines are warranted against rod knock, cracked blocks or heads, and excessive smoking. Seals, timing components and wear items (e.g., seals, gaskets, timing belts/chains) are NOT covered and are left on the engine for the installer’s convenience only. It is strongly recommended that You inspect and replace all seals, gaskets, and timing components before installation.

  • Transmissions: Transmissions are warranted to work properly at the time of purchase. External seals and gaskets are NOT covered. Buyer must flush and inspect the cooling system/lines and replace the filter and fluid with new.

  • Voiding the Warranty: The limited warranty is immediately VOID if:

    • The Part is altered, modified, disassembled, or damaged after the sale.

    • Failure is due to abuse, misuse, overheating, lack of lubrication, or improper installation.

    • The vehicle is used for racing, competition, or off-road purposes.

    • Required maintenance (e.g., new fluids, filters, seals, belts) is not performed upon installation.

    • The Part is removed from the vehicle without prior authorization from the Seller.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Authorization: All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Lifetime Audi Parts.

  • Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within warranty period of the date of purchase.

  • Condition: Returned Parts must be in the same condition as when purchased and accompanied by the original sales invoice.

  • Special Orders and Electrical Parts: Special ordered Parts (including body cuts) and all electrical components (e.g., ECUs, BCMs, sensors, wiring harnesses) are NOT returnable or refundable unless proven defective and a replacement is unavailable.

  • Restocking Fee: Parts returned due to Buyer’s error (e.g., ordered the wrong part, no longer needed) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Refunds: If a replacement part is not available for a defective part covered under warranty, a refund will be issued. We do not issue refunds for freight or shipping charges. View our refund policy HERE.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • NO Labor Reimbursement: Lifetime Audi Parts DOES NOT cover labor costs for the installation, removal, or re-installation of any Part, under any circumstance, including warranty claims.

  • No Consequential Damages: Seller is NOT liable for, and Buyer waives all claims for, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages resulting from the sale or use of any Part, including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of use of vehicle, towing/storage expenses, car rental charges, or property damage.

  • Maximum Liability: The Buyer’s sole remedy against the Seller shall be limited to the replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the Part, at the Seller’s sole option.

  • Installation Responsibility: Buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper installation and use of the Part.

6. Miscellaneous

  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where Lifetime Audi Parts is located.

  • Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and Seller and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

  • Modification: These terms cannot be modified except in a writing signed by an authorized representative of Lifetime Audi Parts.

BY ACCEPTING THIS INVOICE OR PURCHASING ANY PART, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
