This Refund Policy details the conditions under which a return, exchange, or refund will be processed for used and recycled auto parts purchased from Lifetime Audi Parts (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
You may return a part for a refund or exchange if you meet the following conditions:

| Part Condition | The part must be returned in the exact same condition and packaging as when it was originally purchased and shipped to you. |
| Required Paperwork | The original invoice must accompany the return shipment. |
If you ordered the wrong part, no longer need the item, or it was not installed:
Restocking Fee: A mandatory 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers our costs for processing, inspection, and inventory adjustment. This fee is waived in the event of a shipping error on our part.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
If the part is defective under the terms of our Limited Warranty (standard 6 months, or optional extended/lifetime warranty) or if we shipped the wrong part:
First Attempt: Replacement. Our primary remedy is to locate and ship a correct replacement part at no additional cost to you.
Second Attempt: Refund. If a correct replacement part is unavailable in our inventory, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price of the part.
Restocking Fee Waiver: The 25% restocking fee will be waived for returns confirmed to be defective or due to our error.
Labor & Consequential Damages: Please note that no refund or reimbursement will be issued for labor costs, towing fees, loss of time, or any other incidental or consequential expenses related to the defective or incorrect part.
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange for any reason other than a verified warranty claim (if covered):
All Electrical Components: This includes, but is not limited to, Engine Control Modules (ECMs), Body Control Modules (BCMs), computers, sensors, wiring harnesses, and related units. These items are tested prior to sale, but we cannot guarantee proper function due to variables in installation and vehicle electronics.
Special Order Items: Parts that were specifically sourced or cut for your order.
Custom Cuts/Body Cuts: Sheet metal or body sections cut to a specific size.
Aftermarket: Any aftermarket/upgraded non-oem Audi part will be nonreturnable, this includes any aftermarket suspension, body panels, lighting, intakes, wheels, brakes, electronics, etc.
Items Modified or Damaged: Any part that has been altered, disassembled, damaged, or had its warranty marks (e.g., paint stamps, heat tabs) removed or tampered with.
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Costs: The amount refunded will be the purchase price of the part, minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges. Return shipping charges are not refunded.

Package the part securely to prevent damage during transit. Any part damaged in return shipping due to poor packaging will be ineligible for a refund.
Part must be returned in the same condition it was received in.
Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return journey.
